Shipping and Handling? 

As of the 12th of February 2019 We have now improved our shipping and handling process to get your items to you sooner and faster!

Please note, that once an order is purchased, It will be delivered the following business day!

Parcel Post: 2-3 business days
Express: 1 business day

South Australia:
Parcel Post: 2-3 business days
Express: 1 Business day

Western Australia:
Parcel Post: 4-5 Business Days
Express: 1-2 Business Days

Northern Australia:
Parcel Post: 3 Business Days
Express: 1 Business Day

Queensland:
Parcel Post: 3-6 Business Days

What is your Refund Policy?

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason,  shoot us an email at admin@paintbynumbersaustralia.com.au, or hit us up on Facebook. 

All you'll have to do is ship the item(s) to our Location in Victotia and we'll extend you a full refund upon receipt and item inspection. 

What is your Exchange Policy?

All you'll have to do is ship the item(s) to our VIC location and we'll ship you out a replacement item (or items).
